Bethany grew up in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania, and fell in love with baking at an early age. From there she went to New England Culinary Institute in Montpelier Vermont. That schooling took her to Skowhegan Maine where she found her true passion in cake decorating. She decided it was time to venture off and open her own bakery! Thus Bethany's Bakery was born!
